Preschool Halloween Party
Tyson had a fun Halloween party at school, the last 15 minutes the parents got to go down and watch the kids sing their fun Halloween songs. Tyson kept grabbing the tail of his horse costume and being shy. Tyson it was fun to watch you, you are such a sweet boy!

Halloween at the Nature Center
Every year while the guys are hunting Misty and I try and do fun things with the kids. This year we tried out the Nature Center. It was really fun. It was decorated really cute! They had games and face painting and they had little shows with the birds and spiders. The kids had a great time!

Gavin has a tooth!
Gavin's first tooth just popped through today! I'm excited for Gavin but a little scared for me, yikes!!! He better not be a biter:)
Gavin's Big Haircut
Gavin has had multiple haircuts since he was born. But this one was the most drastic! He didn't look like my baby anymore. It totally change his little look. Crazy how what a haircut can do!

Life
Life has been SO crazy!!!! We sold our house the end of July and moved in with my parents. We are still trying to get the house across the street from my parents! It has been a nightmare!!!! But we are going to keep waiting it out. So in all of the crazyness of moving I haven't blogged and we can't hook our internet up with my parents because the reception in our room is really bad. So now it's going to be a lot harder to put pictures on our blog. I'm feeling really guilty about not posting about Gavin. I was so good about posting every month with Tyson and writing down all of the cute new things he was doing every month. I'm feeling like a horrible mother!
Gavin will be 5 months old on the 12th of October. Time flies by so fast and he is growing even faster. He can now roll from his back to his belly and from his belly to his back. He loves, loves, loves to suck on his hands! At night or when he is really tired he suck on his thumb. I love it, it's so cute! ( I know that it won't be so cute when he is 4 or 5 and we are trying to get him to stop!) Ryan was a thumb sucker too:) Last week he was copying the kids when they stuck their tongue out he would stick his out at them. It was so funny to watch him concentrate on getting his tongue out:) I love it when he babbles and talks. I love it when he gives me big slobbery kisses. I love his BIG wide open mouth smiles! I love it when he giggles. I love the way he looks at me with his big bright blue eyes!!! I love his fat little squishy body. I just love him so much!!!! Seriously I can't get enough of him! I have just really enjoyed him so so so much!!!!!
Tyson just got his tonsils out on Monday October 3rd. They were so big that he would snore at night and his oxygen levels would drop below 90%. He did so good with the surgery and for the next few days. But on Wednesday his pain got a lot worse and the lortab wasn't keeping it under control. He would wake up in the middle of the night screaming, with his fingers in his ears and shaking. He was in SO much pain. It was horrible!!!! So the next day I called the doctor to see if there was anything else we could do for him. He said that we could use ibuprofen for breakthrough pain. So we started alternating the lortab with the ibuprofen and that seemed to be a little better. But it was so hard on his stomach. On friday afternoon he started throwing up! He threw up off and on all evening. Ryan left that night to elk hunting too. Tyson is such a daddy's boy! During the night episodes all he wanted was Ryan. So I was a little nervous to do this by myself. Luckily friday night went well. He stopped throwing up and didn't wake up in pain. He was up off and on all night wanted ice water, which didn't bother me, I was so relieved that he was drinking and not crying for Ryan. He is now just taking tylenol for pain and eating and drinking more. I am hoping that he just keeps getting better. Poor little guy, it's been a rough week!
Tyson just started his first year of preschool at Appleseed Academy! He has been waiting and waiting for his turn to go to preschool. He absolutely loves it!!!!
Makayla and Evan just started the new school year at Hooper Elementary. Kinda crazy that my kids are going to the same school that I went to. Evan's teacher was a teacher when I was in 1st grade! She is so awesome he is lucky that he got her. Makayla's teacher is really good too. We are really liking her. The kids are making friends and doing really good with changing schools. I was really nervous about them switching schools. They get to ride the bus now. They were way excited to ride the bus:) I have to say that I love it too. No more taking them to and from school!
Our summer was crazy busy too! Between camping, family reunions, moving, and having a new baby and Cassie getting married we didn't have much spare time. But we still had a great summer! Hopefully I can post pictures soon:)

Tyson's Tonsilectomy
Tyson has had strep throat alot and he snores really bad. We took him to the ENT and they decided that taking his tonsils out would be the best thing for him. They also ended up taking out his adnoids. He was so brave about going back with the doctors. His recovery was a little rough he was in a lot of pain for a few weeks and had a hard time eating.
